Have you ever wondered why some people struggle with life in general … with their relationships, in their career and in sabotaging their goals? Why is it that some struggle and some thrive? This isn’t determined by how good a person.  Have you noticed how many good people struggle and some not so good people thrive.

The Law of Attraction

So, the question we need to ask is, “How do you stop the struggle?”. It requires an understanding of the “magic sauce”. I, myself, didn’t have this magic sauce until about 10 years ago actually. It’s really quite simple. The magic sauce I’m talking about is the Law of Attraction. It is a Universal law that states “like attracts like”. Given that, if your thoughts are about things that create good feelings then that is what you will attract. However, if your thoughts create negative feelings and you are always complaining about life, guess what? You’ll get more of these negative thoughts and more of the negative feelings and more things to complain about.

Let’s say, for example, you wake up in the morning in a grumpy mood and you allow yourself to continue to focus on the negative – you will experience red lights, traffic, road rage. This will make you even grumpier throughout the day. Remember, if you are able to deliberately refocus on good feeling things, you will attract more things to feel good about.

Change your focus

The lesson here is to change what you are projecting out there. Change your focus. If you are wondering how to do this, it is about using the amazing emotional guidance system that you have at your disposal 24 hours a day.  Your emotions are your indicators on your GPS. If you’re feeling good, you know that you’re headed in the right direction. Just hold on to that feeling, so that you will be able to create more of a similar feeling, wherever you go. It gives you a better experience of life. With that being said, it is in your control, you yourself have the ability to change the way you feel by changing where you are focusing.

Recall positive thoughts

Some might find it difficult to do the things I mentioned so let me give you a few more tips. Recalling the things that gave you joy can help you shift your thoughts. If not instantly, then it can soften the grumpy feeling you had. You may think about how the sunset blew your socks off, or how you feel good when floating in a beautiful pool of water, or how nice it is when you have your pet beside you. Focusing on this good feeling even for a short time will create more positive thoughts. The better it gets the better it gets.

Get into alignment

Now that you know about this Law of Attraction, always remember to refocus if you go off track. Give yourself permission to feel good. There are plenty of things that can annoy you. In relationships you can easily lose your focus on the positive thoughts — a partner, children, someone from work will often do or say something that could pull you away from your good feeling. Then you have a choice. You can refocus on something that makes you feel better, or not.  Just keep reaching that better feeling because by doing that, it gives you an opportunity to have a better relationship with the people around you. It’s a matter of choosing what thoughts you want to focus on.

It really is up to you

 Still having difficulty?

We have amazing techniques like Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), which is the strange tapping thing that I do. It clears negative emotions quickly and thoroughly. Another technique is called the Matrix Re-imprinting, which is a deeper level of clearing of your emotions and then re-imprinting of the limiting beliefs you have about yourself. You may think you’re not good enough or worthy enough even though you are! These limiting beliefs are most often formed in early childhood because of the circumstances of our life.  These beliefs are hard to work on alone, and it is best to seek a skilled practitioner to guide you through the process.  You need to know the right tools and use them in the right way.

The Feeling Ladder

I want to help you on your journey to feeling better and attracting good thoughts. I want you to have that emotional guidance, If you would like to have a copy of this “Feeling Ladder” that will help you dig out those negative thoughts and transforming them into really joyous feelings or if you would like more information don’t hesitate to send me a message, I will be glad to help you out.

Until next time, bye for now.
